1. These Terms and Conditions apply to customers ("Customer/s" "You") who use any of the products, Apps, Websites offered by, or register an account (collectively referred to as "Our Services") with any of brands managed by, 2ez.bet ("2ez", "Us / We / Our").

 

2. Acceptance

By accepting these Terms, You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when betting and You are responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of Our Services is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against 2ez.bet or any partner, or respective directors, officers or employees.



3. Verification

We may ask for valid documentation anytime, to verify your identity.

This is to ensure that you are not underage and have meet the requirements to be able to participate in our community betting.

We also reserve the right to release/process transfer request if the transactions are deemed suspicious. 

You may only Transfer credits to a payment method that you can verify ownership. We verify this by checking your deposit account details and comparing it to your transfer credits details.

Bank accounts, digital wallets and other methods you use for cashout or deposit may also be needed for verification. Especially if the names are not the ones we verified for your account.

 

4. Requirements to bet.

To use Our Services, You must create an account and purchase 2ez credits. There are some instances where there are promotions that don't require 2ez credits.

You must be of legal age when joining in our community, and signing up into our website.

You must be using your own money to purchase 2ez credits.

 

5. Restrictions.

You may only register and operate with one single account.

We reserve the right to suspend duplicate/fake accounts in our website.

If you are an owner of a suspended account, you need to provide proof of identity and ownership of the account to get it back.

 

6. Security.

All money used in the community is safely stored in separate accounts.

We use a different accounts for our operational cost.

It is your responsibility to secure your account password and email.

 

7. Dormant accounts.

We reserve the right to terminate dormant accounts. Accounts with no login and transactions for over 6 months.

 

8. Request and Process.

It is your responsibility to provide proper information upon doing purchase/transfer transactions.

Failure to upload receipts, screenshots cannot avail rebates and any freebies.

Faults due to incorrect information provided by the users is negligible.

 

9. Schedule maintenances and unplanned down times.

We do our best to make our services available 24/7 but in reality we can't.

There are factors we cannot control. And there are also planned interruptions for various reasons.

Please understand that these changes takes time, and we do it as fast as we can.

 

10. Accounts with discrepancies will be put on hold.

Be it due to system errors, user errors or admin errors.

This is to ensure that proper action is taken and fixes will be in place as soon as possible.

Duration of the hold period may vary depending on the investigation.

Note: Accounts that are put on hold which are related to bug abuses/exploits, malicious and suspicious activities will be banned indefinitely (All credits/points on these accounts are forfeited if proven guilty).

 

11. Privacy.

We won't be using any of your personal details for any other purpose besides the use of our website.

 

12. Support and Complaints.

Support is provided in our Facebook page from 10am-10pm daily.
Complaints and bug reports may be reported via our support ticketing system.

13. Malfunctions and Matches interruptions.

We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connection. Matches that are interrupted by these uncontrollable events may be settled when our services are fully functional.

 

14. Final Decision.

We reserve the right undo settled matches if there are any disputes that prove the initial settlement wrong. We will settle accordingly based on the event organizers final decision. If ever the decision is vague, we can come up with a final decision of our own to settle the matches.
